Rates are inclusive of cleaning, bed linen and towels and no fuel surcharges are applied.
Holiday letting weeks are Saturday to Saturday.
Short weekend breaks can start on a Friday or Saturday (subject to availability).
Short mid week breaks can start on a Monday (subject to availability).
Arrival time is 3 pm and Departure time is 10 am.
Late departures (after 10 am) may be subject to a surcharge of £50.
A deposit of 33% is payable upon booking.
The balance and security deposit is payable 8 weeks before occupancy.
A refundable security deposit of £500 is required.
Payments can be accepted via a bank transfer or cheque.
